Galvanized Reinforced Angle Iron Mount Support is a core foundation fitting for ground photovoltaic mounting systems, manufactured from Q235 carbon steel via integrated stamping and welding forming.
The whole fitting adopts full hot dip galvanization with zinc coating thickness of 60–120μm, featuring outstanding salt spray, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, long-term rust-free service in outdoor humid, coastal and mountain photovoltaic power stations.
Slotted long holes are reserved on vertical and base plates, realizing flexible horizontal and vertical position adjustment during on-site installation, which effectively compensates foundation construction errors and improves assembly efficiency.
The widened flat base plate increases contact area with concrete ground, offering stable bearing capacity to fix the whole solar support structure firmly against wind load.
